I'm just so tired.
Almost everyday is 8AM class.
I clearly know that my mood should not be affected by how much the sleeping that I had last night.
I will keep my smile whatever how much I had slept. And I shall think in positive way: how healthy life that I'm having right now. Your mind will influence your behaviour!

People are more likely to know themselves by comparing with themselves to others.
When do they compare themselves to others?
When there is no certain objective standard to measure themselves against especially when they experience uncertainty about themselves in a particular area, they do socially compare.
Whom do they choose to compare themselves?
Usually they will choose the people that having a very similar background or standard with them.
If let me choose, I will compare with the person who is really the best so I can improve myself. But I will also be depressed if I can't reach my goal.
Or, If I want to maintain my confidence's level, I can compare with the person whose background is quite similar with me.
What you want to be?
